Leave Dhaka early in the morning around 6.30 am by train for Srimongal - also known as the ‘land of two leaves and a bud’, a synonym for the tea gardens and the large quantities of tea produced here. Upon arrival you will be received and transferred to the Srimongal Tea Resort. In the afternoon drive to a nearby tea plantation and visit the Manipuri and Khashia communities. Stop at a local textile weaving workshop on the way.

Start early in the morning for a rewarding wildlife trek through the nearby Lawacharra National Park. This is the best time to observe the abundant and diverse wildlife. As one of the last remaining tropical rainforests of Bangladesh, the Lawacharra forest is home to a large variety of rare and endangered species, the most prominent of which are the Hollock Gibbons. The small tract of dense forests is heaven for birdwatchers, naturalists and adventure seekers alike. After breakfast drive for approximately two hours to the Madhobkunda waterfall. Surrounded by large tea estates, and decorated with water lilies, this spot is a favorite among locals as well as visitors from afar. The rubber, betel leaf and lemon plantations form a mosaic of greens, typical for this rolling landscape. Return to the Srimongal Tea Resort in the afternoon for an evening at leisure and overnight stay.

After breakfast you will be transferred to the Srimongal train station for boarding the train back to Dhaka. Arrive in Dhaka in the afternoon.
